Terms:

We accept payment via PayPal or credit card (through Stripe). Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail to the address on file with the payment provider.

If there are any issues with your order please let us know!  We will do our best to fix it so that you are satisfied.

 

Item Condition Description:

New: Items were taken from a new set and never assembled. Minifigures and accessories will be shipped disassembled unless otherwise specified.  Sometimes pieces will have small scuffs from being jostled in their original sets.  Boxes for sealed sets are free of any notable damage but may have minor shelf wear, like if you'd bought them from a large online retailer.

Used: Items may have been assembled or displayed as part of an adult collection but generally have no visible signs of use. We do not purchase bulk lots of used bricks for resale.

We make every effort to be accurate in listing mold variations, but sometimes they can be tricky.  If you require a specific variation please feel free to message us before ordering and we can double check for you.

 

Shipping:

Most orders ship the same or next business day.  All items will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal or Stripe.  A printed invoice is included with all orders (lookin' at you, dropshippers).

Domestic Shipping: To US addresses, USPS Ground Advantage prices start at $4.50 and are based on weight. Priority Mail is also available with instant checkout starting at $9.50. 

International Shipping: Shipping outside the US is available via Pirate Ship Simple Export starting at $10.95 via instant checkout. These shipments will have a tracking number starting with 'AHOY' and can be tracked at https://a1.asendiausa.com/tracking/. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or tariffs.

If a shipping method isn't available at instant checkout, please contact us for a quote! 

Sometimes the calculations for shipping cost at instant checkout look a bit funny - if you think something is wrong, please feel free to request a quote prior to checkout and we will calculate postage for you.  If you are overcharged by instant checkout (which may happen for large items), we will automatically send you a refund for the overcharge when we ship your item.Last Updated: 28 Aug 2024
